Bondilyn is a Software Entrepreneur, Investor, Mentor, Marketer, and recovering C-Suite Executive who seamlessly melds business expertise and a creative mind to deliver inspiring, data-driven results that fuel today’s sales engines.
Bondilyn has built and sold SaaS companies, run successful marketing agencies, and served in the C-Suite for high-growth companies. She has worked hand-in-hand with many of the top brokerages, franchise organizations and technology companies in the nation to develop, execute and analyze high-level marketing campaigns focused on various business growth initiatives such as recruitment and retention, M&A, and referral and relocation.
Bondilyn has received many awards and accolades over her career, including “Technology Leader of the Year” for the State of Louisiana, “Technology Product of the Year” for the State of Louisiana for her marketing automation software, and multiple years of RIS Media’s annual “Newsmakers” recognition. Ms. Jolly is also a contributing blogger for the Huffington Post, was featured in Inc. magazine as a leader in the SMB space, and is a sought after speaker who has taken the stage at Inman, WomanUP!, the Xplode Conference series, RE/MAX R4, RETechnology, Awesome Females in Real Estate, and many more.

Managing Partner & CFO
Ethan is a seasoned finance and software executive who’s passionate about aligning with companies and projects focused on creating positive impact. With an extensive background in software start-ups, data modeling, and financial consolidation, Mr. Jolly offers a wide variety of expertise to his consulting clients.
Along with his partner / wife, Ethan has built and sold SaaS companies, run successful marketing agencies, and served as a financial consultant and project manager for high-growth companies across multiple business verticals.
In his free time, Ethan devotes himself to environmental organizations and the well-being of our planet.
